I asked people to share their ideas about diversity in the workplace. First of all I asked what diversity means to them and if they think is an important value to promote in the workplace. Then, I asked what is - in thei opinion - they think the most challenging aspect of working in diverse environment and if there are some benefits as well. Finally, I asked something about ther personal experiences, if they have ever been discriminated in the workplace or in the recruitment process for their gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or simply the appearance.
